Bob has been working in real estate since 2021. Prior to real estate, Bob has been a petroleum technologist for over 30 years working on both the producer and service sides, domestically and internationally.
Even though he was born in Calgary and has lived here for the last 35 years, Bob had the opportunity to live in Venezuela, Trinidad and the United Kingdom. This has exposed Bob to various cultures and has been very helpful when assisting clients that are first-time buyers here in Calgary.
Bob joined the real estate industry because it enabled him to analyze each client’s needs and provide them with the necessary information to minimize their stress and make them feel confident with their buying and/or selling process.
Bob is a passionate golfer since young age, enjoys playing as many rounds as possible every year. Bob has been a devoted volunteer at the Shaw Charity Classis, since started 10 years ago.
With Bob’s ability to use the “numbers” to determine a property's current value, he provides great value for his client to be confident in knowing that the negotiated price for their deal in the current market is fair.
